When it comes to choosing, it's a minefield out there and other visitors could really do with your help.

After all, everyone who owns a digital camera has had to go through the decision-making process at some point.

There are so many factors to take into consideration when buying a digital camera and, sometimes, there's simply no substitute for advice from an experienced user.

Maybe, like me, you love Panasonic's Lumix range?

Are you drooling over the Fujifilm X100? Or perhaps you're hankering after the latest Nikon DSLR...?

Sony digital cameras have made a bold entry into the market of late (I know little about their offerings, so I would like to hear from Sony users myself!)...

...but then there are those who will always hold true to Canon, Olympus or another brand.

All, no doubt, are good reasons appropriate to everyone's needs.

It Seemed So Much Easier In The Olden Days, Didn't It?

We had to worry about so much less in the olden days, didn't we?

Build and optical quality ruled the roost.

Now, though, we find ourselves concerned with pixels and how many can be squeezed into digital chips!

Not only that but how many pixels are enough and how to store all that lovely data once it's captured?

Phew!
